Central Region Leadership Conference (CRLC)
Every year each of the national regions of DECA hold a leadership conference. Ohio, and all of its chapters, are included in the Central Region. The location of the CRLC is changed every year, and this year, we attended the conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. During the conference, there are several workshops to be attended, each one teaching something new about leadership, marketing, or the work world.
Opening sessions for the 2007-2008 CRLC were held at the Conseco Fieldhouse.

After the opening sessions, the Pacers' court was opened for anyone to freethrow.
While others were shooting, some opted for an autograph and photo session with this year's guest speaker: Rupert Boneham.

After returning to the Marriot Hotel, and some much needed rest, marketing and leadership sessions opened in the meeting rooms.

"RALLY!" - a set of 8 individual leadership
and cooperation activities. You are randomly selected for a team and required
to work with perfect strangers to complete some of the oddest tasks ever imaginable.
In this particular activity, there are two temas who must walk across a board,
while holding hands. If thats not complicated enough, everyone had to hold
hands, and one person had to bring a football along as well.
