Meeting Minutes
September 8, 2009

Members Present: Janis England, Peggy Burns, Kristi Strutz, Julie Scherer

Secretary Report: The minutes were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report: The checking and savings balances were read and approved.

Old Business: There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:
Alumni Association requests to donate money to the ABC to use to refund money to teachers who purchase equipment for their room. The ABC has graciously accepted money, however requests Alumni Association to set up guidelines of how the want money utilized. Julie Scherer will be the communicate with Alumni Association and ABC.

OGT breakfast- It was discussed if the high school would still be serving breakfast during OGT’s and if there would be a request for donations from ABC. Mindy Fox will follow-up with high school principals
