Mrs. Carter has been walking the halls of Circleville High School for a very long time. She graduated from CHS in 1978. She's been working at this school for 8 1/2 years. She has been the librarian for 3 years and S.O.S advisor for the past seven. Her husband, Jeff, and her two daughters, Laura and Jenny, are all graduates of Circleville High School.
