Mrs. Carter has been walking the halls of Circleville High School for a very long time. She graduated from CHS in 1978. She's been working at this school for 9 and a half years. She has been the library aide for four years and S.O.S advisor for the past eight. Her husband, Jeff, and her two daughters, Laura and Jenny, are all graduates of Circleville High School.
