No paragraph of introduction is required or needed. The in-class essays should
begin with the controlling idea. The conclusion should be a restatement of the
controlling idea.
This will be graded on:
15 pts. Restatement of question as a clear controlling idea.
60 pts. The body of the paper (generally 20 pts. per paragraph)
10 pts. MUGS
5 pts. Focus
5 pts. Conclusion
