Effective
December 14, The Health Department will begin vaccinating
the general public (all ages) at its health department location(465
East Ohio Street, Circleville) by walk-in format (No Appointment Needed)
from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon and from 1:00 P.M. until 3:45 P.M.,
Monday through Friday.Vaccine is free.

Open to: Children ages 5 -7 and any other Tier I Group(i.e.,pregnant women,
health care, and EMS, children ages 6 months through 4 years, young adults
ages 18 through 24, household contacts and caregivers of children less
than six months of age, and medically fragile persons ages 6 months through
64 years)
Time:9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Location: Crossroads Church, 5679 Tarlton Road,Circleville
Vaccines will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis and is free
of charge .Vaccine availability cannot be guaranteed for all who attend.
Reminders:Medically fragile must bring a list of medication for the qualifying
condition .Pregnant women must bring proof of pregnancy(e.g. ultrasound
or note from physician).Health care and EMS must bring credentials.
