Dr. Halley received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Miami University. While leading the District, she has driven impactful initiatives, such as the creating the "Momentum Plan" for strategic planning. Dr. Halley also engaged hundreds of community members to establish our "Portrait of a Circleville Tiger." An advocate for data-informed instruction, she has implemented district-wide data teams, allowing our District to make significant budget and grant allocations to enhance educational opportunities for our students.

As a long time resident of Pickaway County, Dr. Halley is also a committed community leader. Serving on boards such as the United Way of Pickaway County and actively participating in the Circleville Noon Rotary, she has put a focus on strengthening community connections. Her influence also extends to state and national levels, where she contributes to educational panels and advisory boards.

Family is very important to Dr. Halley. She and her husband Robin have raised four daughters. One of her favorite past times is traveling and creating new memories with her many grandchildren!
